Johnson & Johnson (J&J) recently lost trials, alleging the use of baby powder and Shower to Shower products caused ovarian cancer in women. The juries have returned multi-million dollar verdicts against the company. More lawsuits are currently being filed.

The criteria for an eligible talcum powder claim includes:

  • Must have used Johnson & Johnson baby powder or Shower to Shower product for several years.
  • Must have developed ovarian or tubal cancer during or after usage of the product.
  • Usage must have been in the genital area.
  • A pathology report will show traces of talcum powder.
  • Must not have a genetic disorder pre-disposing her to ovarian cancer.
